Refunds and Cancellations

At Promoshin.com, we are committed to providing high-quality animation services to our clients. Please review our refund and cancellation policies below:

Cancellation

Customers may terminate their subscription to our Services at any time by providing a seven (7) working day written notice to Promoshin. Upon cancellation, the Services will cease as of the date specified in the notice. The Customer remains responsible for payment of any fees incurred prior to the effective date of cancellation.

Subscription Pause

Customers may opt to temporarily suspend their subscription to the Services for a specified period. The Customer must provide written notice to Promoshin, indicating the start and end dates of the suspension period. During this period, Promoshin will not provide the Services, and the Customer will not incur any fees related to the subscription.

Money Back Guarantee

Should a Customer be dissatisfied with the Services for any reason within the first 30 calendar days from the commencement of the Services, the Customer may choose to terminate the Services by providing written notice to Promoshin. Upon termination under this clause, the Customer shall be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the Services.

Satisfaction Guarantee for Video-Based Pricing

For customers opting for video-based pricing (as opposed to a subscription), Promoshin offers the following satisfaction guarantee: Prior to any revision of a video being accepted per the terms above, if the Customer is dissatisfied with the video, Promoshin will revise the video at the Customer’s request and direction at no additional charge for up to 2 rounds of revisions at each stage (unless the Customer has paid for unlimited revisions). Only revisions of the then most-recent production state shall be offered at no additional charge. Revisions of any work product that is not the then most-recent stage or phase, or a video that has already been (deemed) accepted, shall accrue additional revision fees that Promoshin and the Customer will mutually agree upon prior to starting the additional edits.

Deposits

Any deposits made by Customers, including but not limited to the initial deposit, shall be non-refundable.
